Appendix 7:161. Hours of Operation.

It shall be a violation of this chapter for the owner of a Taxicab not to have a Taxicab in service or available for service on a 24-hour, 7-day a week basis unless the following conditions are met:
(1)

Three months before any change of hours, the owner files with the City Administrator a schedule showing the hours when a Taxicab will not be available for service.

(2)

All advertising, including Yellow Pages advertising, indicates the hours of operation.

(3)

Telephone calls to the telephone number(s) advertised are not answered by anyone.
